A feeling of fellowship with other, as a result of sharing common attitudes, interests and goals

The Auxiliary  Board is currently seeking new members. If you, or someone you know, is interested in joining the Auxiliary Board of Tuesday’s Child, please contact Gary Koenig.

Auxiliary Board of Tuesday’s Child is a group of women and men which support the overall mission and activities of Tuesday’s Child. Acting as ambassadors of the organization, the Auxiliary  Board for Tuesday’s Child members engages the community through volunteering, networking and fundraising opportunities. This group provides energy and insight to the Tuesday’s Child Board of Directors, and helps attract new volunteers and supporters.

You will be making a positive, life-changing impact on children with challenging behaviors and their parents/families.  Develop your professional and leadership skills by playing an active role in engaging others and educating them on the mission and activities of Tuesday’s Child.  Members have an opportunity to network with other professionals in a variety of fields who have philanthropic interests. As a member you may attend social events and have access to Tuesday’s Child contacts including our Executive Board. Membership also may create a path to social work, policy, and practice. Members have prioritization in internship and work opportunities, including a growth path into Tuesday’s Child Executive Board.

Tuesday’s Child Auxiliary Board’s mission is to provide career minded individuals with opportunities to raise funds and awareness for Tuesday’s Child while developing socially, professionally, and civically.

Our vision is to enhance the vitality and financial growth of Tuesday’s Child by creating a strong community of professionals.

The Auxiliary Board of Tuesday’s Child recognizes that there are certain values that guide its function as a board and an integral part of Tuesday’s Child.  These values are:

  • Community
