The Tuesday’s Child Behavioral Summer Camp is a phenomenal opportunity for children age six and younger to receive behavioral support in a fun, peer-based environment. With academic support and interventions to keep children learning and growing, our Summer Camp prepares children to enter school in the fall ready to learn.
Who’s A Good Fit?
Tuesday’s Child, Chicago’s Behavior Management Experts, work with young children experiencing behavioral challenges that may prevent them from being successful in other summer camps. We provide structured, supervised socialization to campers. Many children in our camp are working on:
- Following directions
- Playing cooperatively
- Interacting appropriately with peers
- Generalizing these skills into community settings
This year’s camp is expected to be a great experience – just like last year’s – with daily visits to the park, new themes, and fresh activities. Our teachers are planning ten different field trips, including visits to Schaumburg Water Works, Pump It Up and Monkey Island. Our Summer Camp concludes with an Awards Ceremony for everyone who attends – recognizing each child’s unique strengths.
